Persoonlijke zegel Canada

Deze heb ik al eerder laten zien in augustus, een brief van de 100 club.
Nu een beetje aan het uitzoeken en naast de zegels die erin zaten zat er ook een brief in. Deze spreekt voor zich, een Persoonlijke Canadese zegel met een "Bald Eagle" erop. Leuk als deze iedere dag in je tuin komen. Met dank aan David en de 100 club

Persoonlijk of geen persoonlijke postzegel. ?

Kom nog even terug op mijn eerste zending via de 100club, die ik mocht ontvangen uit Canada.

Naast veel vissen en paarden zat er , volgens bijgaand briefje, ook een persoonlijke Canadese postzegel erbij.  Nu was de afwijkende zegel vlug te ontdekken. een zegel met een opgeplakt stukje drukwerk erop. Zie onderstaande afbeelding, die ik op mijn PC wel bij de buitenlandse persoonlijke postzegels heb staan doch met twee ??

Ben toch even gaan zoeken wat dit nu is.  Het zijn z.g. greetingsstamps uit 2000,  zegels waar je zelf een afbeelding in kan plakken. Afbeeldingen worden ook bijgeleverd. 

Het is dus zegel C met een eigen invulling. Erg persoonlijk dus.
Overigens hebben we dit soort zegels ook in Nederland gehad in 1998.

Heb deze alleen digitaal, wel jammer.

Heb ook nog twee "echte"  persoonlijke zegels van Canada, nog wel even nagekeken of er geen plaatje opgeplakt is, neen gewoon persoonlijke zegels. Geen waardeaanduiding doch alleen Domestic Postage Paid en ook in het Frans natuurlijk.  Eens uitzoeken van welk jaar dit frame is.

Minisheets of Canada

They have nice minisheets there in Canada. Just show two of them who were also in the post-holiday mail.

Nice to have this kind off issues. you pay the face value and not more...

Covers from Canada

This is a part of the cover from Leonard. Inside nice cards with chickens. On the cover these nice stamps. 3 hourses who don't like the cow, or is it the other way around?. Very nice stamps, have to say that they have nice issues there in Canada. Below also a great stamp on a cover two weeks ago. The year of , now we have dragons. See I need to scan that stamp..... Tonight have the meeting with my stampfriends from The Globe, maybe find some nice stamps. In the action a book with Sweden, maybe good for me to buy.

Postcard with chickenstamp

Last week received a great postcard with a printed stamp on it.  The card is from Canada as you can see and I like it very much.  I do have the stamp and the two minisheets that were issued in 2005 but this is a new item for me. Thanks to Laura for this nice chickencard.

Cover from Canada

Very nice cover this week, always nice from Benoît. This cover does not have any cancellation or markt of the Dutch PostNL with the printing information of my address. Lucky for me the stamps are not damaged by the mailman- woman with a ballpoint. The 4 stamps sow us some animals you don't see on our planet anymore. There are a lot of animals now who won't be here into 100-200 years or earlier. When you want to see the dinos bigger, click on the picture. Inside the cover some nice stamps have to sort them out later.

Mail from Canada

This weekend received mail from Canada. The Stamp Game  moderator did mail me a winner game. Nice stamps who circulated on this globe. Also some nice chickenstamps for me as a special gift. Thanks Benoît...

Verny nice stamps, from which I did have NONE (now I do...)

As I mentioned before, Canada don't cancel stamps anymore, for I can see. On the envelop there was only the cancellation our TNT use to find my homeaddress to deliver the mail.

To be complete I show this also.

Very nice MS on it, a joint issue with Sweden ( I do collect Sweden so need that one also...) and two other stamps to complete the amount for the shipment.

Tijger, Jaar van de

Een heel fraaie zegel (velletje) vanuit Canada lag vorige week op de mat. Een uitgifte zijn in het kader van Het Jaar van de Tijger.(8 januari 2010 met ook een zegel van $ 0,57) Er staat een fraaie afbeelding op het "aanhangsel", de zegel zelf is in relief gedrukt c.q. gevormd. Je kan dit zien op het tweede plaatje (foto). Ik vraag me af of ik deze zegel kan afweken en wat/of er dan iets gebeurt met de tijgerkop. Overigens mist er ook hier weer een stempel op de zegel, lijkt een gewoonte tegaan worden ook vanuit Canada.

Chicken cancellation on stamps

 

Deze mooie Canadese zegels zaten op de enveloppe waarin een andere enveloppe zat met een leuke  kippen afstempeling. Ik vind deze definitieve zegels van Canada, de hogere waarden vanaf $ 1,00 geweldig mooi. Kunnen wij hier nog wat van leren.....

De andere enveloppe staat hieronder afgebeeld, althans het filatelistische gedeelte. Jim bedankt hiervoor.

cancellation

As a collector from -also- Danish used stamps I like to receive mail from Denmark. Sometimes it is hard for the mailman to put cancellations on the stamps. This letter did have a fragcancellation on the backsite of the envelop. I see it more often these day's. Finland, Canada for instance do have also this "problem". Still nice stamps and even if they have no cancellation, they are used.

International Year of Astronomy

Did receive a very nice sheet from Canada. There are a lot of issue's this year with the theme above. Like the picture. Like to be there once but then we need some quick invention to travel to the stars. And what if we are there? Maybe so far away is only yesterday.......

Think you also can collect these stamps in a collection "space".

Also in Canada you can buy your own personal stamps. Visiting some nice place you can let the world know by a special made stamp. Like to know what the figures are you have to order and what you pay for these stamps. Do you collect them or seel them on Ebay for instance? Let us know.

Year of, month of, week of, day of

You know them, all kind of of's. Year of the Children, or day, Year of the Rooster, Labourday, al the day's and years of our life do have a name. Even we have stamps for remembering and sometimes to mail letters....Here a very nice MiniSheet of the year of the pig. Look carefully, only one stamp in it, or is the whole sheet a stamp too?. As you see there is also a Dutch cancellation/printing on the stamp/envelop. Needed to find it's way to my house.
