FDC Antillen Dutch

Do have some of this kind of FDC's with fauna-stamps on them. If somebody like to trade them for some chichenstamps or a nice postcard, let me know. Did not have much time for this blog the last week. Also visit my grand- and daughter and that takes also time.....

Also produce some personal stamps with nice topics. Soon a new lighthouse stamp will be on the market. This FDC shows three nice flowers, Issued on July 20th 1977. I think "our" Antilles have to many issue's for such a small country. But when I look here it is almost the same now. A lot of collectors think its to many new stamps and to expensive. Also you don't know what to collect. Stamps, sheets, prestige booklets, FDC,personal stamps, every year new "definitive" stamps and a lot more. You need an extra boss or have a lot of €€€€€€€€€ or $$$$$$$$ to buy it all.

What do you do when your country don't have any issue of stamps on your hobby.

Indeed make your own stamps and show it to the world . Got a nice card from Willem with two personal stamps on it. A bit hard to see the pictures, thats because there was a nice manual cancellation on it and then the card went into the mail and did see also the machine which make another cancellation on the first two. You still can see that the pictures on the stamps were made under water. Indeed a diver it is, Willem. Show also the front of the postcard. Only one you, and that is also very personal.

Some nice stationary card from China. Even it is from 2005 it is still nice to have. It must be mailed to some-one but my mandrin is not that good ..... Also a big numer on the card, does this is a lotterycard? Who can tell me.

Cover from China

Nice cover I did receive last week. Registered mail where I had to sign for. Two barcodes on is and also a message that I was not at home the first time they want to deliver this cover. I have no idea what the stamp is about. For sure a male and a female in contour, stamp issued in 2008, could it be nr 5 of this year? My information about new issues is till October 2007. Thanks to Zhoufan for this nice cover.

Loneliness Circus

Just a personal stamp with a poster. On the poster you can see a figure and the dates when the circus of the lonely heart is in your place. It's a local item to reach people who are lonely and they who are interested. I think it's a great design and I created a personal stamp of it. Also mailed it of course to the organisation of this great project. They liked it a lot.

Sweden

Did bought a week ago an album Sweden till 1989. Did invest a lot of time now to sort out all my Swedish stamps. Also did find out that I need a lot of stamps. That's nice. I think you need to have a new target so now and then. To put the stamps in the album is the next job, most of them are commemoratives. The definitives is another job, there is more work in it because there are a lot of types from the same stamp. More stampetime is less blogging time.....

Also the older people work take a lot of my time, but I try to inform my nice blogreaders a bit more. You see a nice block motorbykes from 2005. Notice that the stamps have a perforation on 4 sides, a bit rare for Swedish stamps. Its not on the cover anymore. I keep my Sweden stamps 1990-now in a small stockbook. The album can wait a few years....
