Selfie

Op het internet barst het tegenwoordig van de selfie's. Een selfie is een foto vanjezelf en denkelijk ook gemaakt door jezelf. De meest idiote plaatjes -kun-  je terugvinden.  Nu hebben wij vorig jaar een familieselfie gemaakt. Daarvan heb ik een persoonlijke postzegel laten maken. Met de korting van PostNL de gewone postprijs betaald.  Volgend jaar -met de nieuwe verhogingen-  is hij weer wat meer waard.

Kliko vol postzegels

Daar kun je toch als verzamelaar alleen maar van dromen. Een kliko vol met postzegels. Deze kliko kreeg ik vandaag via mijn moeder van mijn broer. Er zit een variatie aan Nederlandse, Zweedse, Australische en andere Europese zegels in. Moet ze verder nog beter uitzoeken, doch ik zag zelfs een persoonlijke zegel langskomen. Ook de Zweedse zegels passen in mijn verzameling. Zo te zien is er lang gespaard of wat opgeruimd de laatste tijd. Hartelijk dank broer en schoonzus, voor deze zegels, ook de presentatie is uiteraard geweldig. Uiteraard zal ik de kliko retourneren als ik hem geleegd heb. Hij is nu zo gewend aan postzegels....

Jaren 50

De jaren 50/60/70, er zijn z.g. persoonlijke postzegels door TNT post op de markt gebracht die Nederland in beeld brengen in de loop van de vorige eeuw. Best een leuk idee dat ik voor mezelf in de praktijk ga brengen.

Hier mijn eerste zegel uit de jaren 50. Je ziet mijn vader (Wim) met de melkkar en broer(Loek) die erop staat.

Zelf sta ik ernaast met mijn driewieler of step, zal dat nog even nazien/vragen. De foto is genomen voor de melkwinkel, Binnenweg 197, Heemstede.

Fathersday

This is a nice present from my daughter for my fathersday. A stamp with her and my two grandchildren. Nice present, and really a thing I like. only 10 stamps of these on the whole globe......

personalized family stamp

Here you see my last personalized stamp. Its an old picture of my father and his brothers and sisters.

They never thought they would be on a real poststamp and they will never now. I like to make such stamps even for not relatives they may be not that interesting. My father is the last one on top of this picture/stamp.

Could be I will issue more later. You can have a familytree of them...

Christmas Gift

Here you see Isa, our grandchild. Got this sheet with personalized stamps yesterday as a christmas gift, Very nice -of course- a stamp with also chickens on it.

Personal Family Stamp

Our granddaughter, Isa, has her 2nd birthday tomorrow. We got an invitation to come on her birthday. Nice card with some photo's from the last 2 years. I made a personalized stamp with the text that we will visit her. Very special stamp for a very special day.

How to mail a packet

This is the way I like to mail my packets (if I have them). This one I got back this week and I almost did not know I have mailed it to my mother in law. Its nice to have family who keep the stamps for you and thats a nice way to get new stamps with a nice cancellation. This one has a minisheet from a new serie "Grenzeloos Nederland" (Netherland without borders) 4 types of personalized stamps, two with the decembervalue ( € 0,34) and one the normal value -€ 0,44- for mail inside our country till 20 grams. Also a normal 10 cents stamp and two stamps from the AEX/Euronext index who exist 25 years in 2008. You see its look like the stockmarkets are always goining up..... We -common people- know better.
