Mijn brievenbus was blij vandaag

Vandaag een tweetal brieven, eentje uit Denemarken met items voor de decemberveiling van The Stamp Game en eentje met een retour van een door mij verkeerd gezonden zegel bij een Ebay verkoop. De laatste enveloppe had een geweldige -zei het- overfrankering. 3 persoonljke zegels.

Waardeer dat ten zeerste van een mede verzamelaar van deze zegels, komt hij :

Zegels van een oranje type die niet meer gemaakt worden. Ben er erg blij mee. De Bergse Plaat is een wijk in Bergen op Zoom, leuke promotie van deze wijk. Info lezen ?

Trade or sell

Here a nice stamp I do have. I don't collect this country or topic so I don't need it. Do have a lot of stamps I don't need just like you and other collectors. You can exchange or sell it. Now there are a lot of places to sell stamps. When I talk about the WWW . What is the most used site to sell stamps? And what is the best?  I have no idea. Ebay, Delcampe, Bidstart, Wensy are some I know. Here we have Marktplaats (Marketplace) also an Ebay company. Think for stamps you need a site which don't charge any money for your activity, because mostly you talk about peanuts. What do you think or what kind of site do you use to sell stamps?

Spare stamps

All collectors got spare stamps or stamps that won't fit in their collection. What to do with these stamps? There are a lot of possebilities. You can try to exchange them on your local club.Sell them on the www. Ebay, Delcampe, Dupke and maybe 1000 or more sites to do that. On the internet there are also a lot of clubs where you can find friend to trade. Maybe to many...you have to make a choice. Also you can join a "Forever Stamp Exchange". Think most collectors have one or more of these.
Here a small lot of Norwegian stamps I have for sale on a Dutch site : Marktplaats. (owned by Ebay these day's). You also can give it away to young collectors. Think thats a good idea, because we need youngsters in this hobby. If you know also a special way to exchange stamps, let us know.

cinderella's

Did bought a lot of cinderellas on EBAY last week. Sorting them out there was one chicken on a minisheet. Maybe i's a real stamp, did not have time to look at that. A lot of other nice things, did see also "real" stamps in it. Show a -very-  small part of them here. A lot of USA things too.

Leuk partijtje op EBAY aangeschaft, wel cinderella's. Na het uitsorteren bleek er toch een "kippending" tussen te zitten.  Moet nog uitzoeken of het een echte postzegel is, deze zitten er ook nog tussen evenals enkele stadspostzegels. Veel Amerikaans Boys Town spul ook. Best een uitzoekwaardig geheel. Na de vakantie, dat wel. Grooter plaatje ? even erop dubbelklikken..

New Personal Stamp

My new personal stamp, however, design by our TNT post but I did not take the whole picture but a part of the picture. So in the end it is a personal stamp. Made 20 pcs and you may guess when I use these. Also put one on Ebay.

How to save on postal costs.....

This sheet of stamp I bought to mail a packet to my daughter. She and her husband are expecting a baby next month and my wife did make some things we mailed to them. How does it works ? For one pack you can use a special non stamp thing to pay the cost. You have to pay € 6,25 for postal rate. I did use this Scoutingsheet (5x 2 different stamps) total € 7,20.

Now I alway's get my stamps back from family(so alway's use good stamps....) so these also came back. I put this item on EBAY just to see what happens. After 7 day's it was sold for € 9,00 ........!!??? Very nice for me because free shipment and also a small profit on the stamps...
