New chickens

Show here our new chickens. When we have our holiday's in Drenthe we somtimes take some new chickens back home. Here the ladies, a black Silky and a Brahma, hope we have them for a long time.

Got this card in Germany last week. Some nice chickens on a postcard. Like to buy cards or stamps on our holiday's. The 4 German stamps I bought are on the cards to our2 granddaugthers so I can't show these. 

Holidays

This year have had our second holidays, now almost a week in Germany. (see card)

When I got back today two covers with nice things in and on the cover, show one from Witti with Aland personalized stamp on it. (and one inside) . Think thats my first of that country or is Finland the country ??

De Zeeuwse kust

Nog even een update van mijn visdag gisteren in Zeeland. Je ziet hier mijn uitzicht op de Zeelandbrug en een van mijn hengels. We hebben de hele dag de krabben gevoerd en geen enkele vis gevangen. Er waren totaal 16 hengels in ons beeld en niemand heeft die dag iets gevangen (wel 1 krab). Gelukkig was het geweldig weer en ben ik wat bijgebruind. Volgende week weer de postzegels en/of kippen...

holidays

Last week we have a week off, holidayweek if you like. Did see this for a few days so no time for stamps.

Great weather, just like summer should be...Also catch some fish with my brother in law.

Tomorrow try to catch some fish on the beach of the North See, so no stamps neither.. 

"work" to do

Back from holidays at Drenthe and a lot of enveloppes I did receive with stamps. Just work and mail back to friends who mailed me nice stamps.  Also two games to take care off.

Will need some time for that next weeks. Also have to work a bit....

France

A few weeks and we are going on holidays, France indeed as you may know by reading my blog for more that one year. This nice sheet I bought last year, hope to find also this year some nice stamps there. What takes me to collect/buy these?  I don't collect stamps from France, or do I? Buy only stamps when I are there. Do have some more sheets of France. Are this Minisheets, I don't think so, but I can understand you want a complete one in your collection.

Holidays

Holiday's are still very popular these day's even in this economic bad day's. Also postcards from the place you are to relatives and friends are still very common. Sometimes you will have more stamps than cards and when you have an uncle who likes stamps..... Indeed, thanks to my niece Samatha who give me this nice Greece stamps. Good for the Europe topic or is it European topic.

A stamp issued March 3rd with 7 others. Special occasions. This one is for the 10 years Economic and Monetair Union of Europ.

Heb je dat nu ook wel eens op je vakantie ? Postzegels over of aanzichtkaarten te kort. Het is in deze economisch lastige tijden toch nog een goede gewoonte om vanuit je vakantieadres een kaartje te sturen. Mijn nicht Samantha had nog wat Griekse zegels over en die mocht ik ontvangen. Best leuk zo'n gebaar. De zegel is uit een serie van 8, uitgegeven op 30 maart 2009, en is vanwege het 10 jarig bestaan van de Economisch en Monetaire Unie van Europa. Handig om dan ook het tarief te gebruiken voor post binnen Europa.

Holidays

Always show a picture of our holidays in France. Did not see any postoffice inside this time. Just away for a week, but very nice and great fish, Carps. You see here 3 photo's from the first evening we just to try to find what is in the lake. Using just some bread we had left from the journey from home.

Must be a nice one.

Indeed a very nice carp . A lot more we did catch in that week, but next thing I show will be some nice stamps.

fishing

Did spend a lot of time this week with my brother in law fishing. Here we are on the river Waal (thats the end of the river Rhine, which start in Swiss. The results were poor, but is was and is nice to do. Now more stamp here later this week.

Also some rain and of course nice views of the river and the clouds.

France

Will be away for some weeks , indeed France. There are a lot of nice stamps there and also it is nice to have your holiday's there. Hope the weather will be a bit better then I see now.

Back

Just back from a long weekend on the camping with friends. Did have very nice weather, 23-24 Celcius, and did some walking in Limburg. Very small nice quit camping (15 places) So no stamps of blogging these day's...

Vacances

It won't be long till we leave for France. They have a lot of stamps concerning holiday's. These two stamps are only for local mail I think, but when you put some extra stamps on your card home (Europe or else) the mailman will bring it where you want it. We are going to the Provence, nice quit camping and maybe good sunny weather.

Holiday's

Time to make plans for the holiday's. Not so difficult.

La Douce France it will be again.

They have nice stamps to promotion their country to go for your holiday's. Or am I wrong ?

Indeed only inside promotion, or are these stamps for 20 gram letters also for abroad?
