The old school day's

First stamp where I am on. Did found an old schoolpicture on a special site we have here where you can see your old classes and schools. Must be the 2nd class in 1957-58 or so. Only boys at that time at the Jacobaschool , Heemstede. We did have 48 guys in this class, very normal for that time. As I write this now 48 is a great lot for one class and I know we did have 2 classes at that time so it also could be a mix of those two classes. You can find me at the last row on the right. Strange you still know a lot of them by name even you did not see them for 40 years or more.

Soccer

New stamps from Austria, don't know if this issue is still on the market. Its a nice idea to give stamps a low value € 0,11 . For internal use you have to use 5 stamps. Not so good is that this 20 stamps cost you € 9,99. The stamps are in a booklet and that must have his price. They of the mail think that way. The idea is good, but you have to sell them for the value what on the stamp. So you have more stamps on a letter and that is good for new collectors, dont you think'?

Birthday

Did have my birthday last. There are a lot of stamps these day's concerning birthday. Show some today. Just "normal" issues and no "personal" stamps.

New Chickens

Here you see a "first day chicken" , no cancellation on it. I breed 3 of these, they are called Brahma. It's a great type of chicken and the first time I have these. I have had one chicken for a week and kept the eggs, put them in the machine (4 pcs) and have 3 little one's now. Hope it are no roosters, but that's hard to see now for me. Will show you more later. Also have a lot of stampstuff to take care of.

money

Money, all you need is that. Like to have some money with chickens. Only have some notes in my digital collection. Very cheap to collect chicken- (and other things) in a digital way. Maybe thats the future, colecting digital. But when we all started to do that we won't have new issue's, thats for sure. As you see I did not take much time for blogging last month or even more. Do have al lot of stampstuff to sort out, mail from friends I have to answer and a lot more. Now the summer did arrived here the time for those things will be less and less. Will add some content next week.....
