Cover from Singapore

Today a great cover with National Monuments of Singapore in the mail. Show you that one here. Issued in 2010 this nice minisheet. like this one. It got a nice cancellation September 3th ( thats the way to cancel), and it took 5 day's to reach my home. Nice I think.

Also nice that after the cancellation the cover was wrapped into folie to protect it. Maybe a good example for collectors (me too) to do so, take a bit time at the post office but you are sure there will be no damage of water or other things. Thanks to Adeline for this nice exchange.

Show you one of the nice covers with I received for my birthday. Not even on the envelop nice things, but also inside. Do have a lot stamps and things to sort out these day's. Nice to have so much friends around the globe. As you see I am not a daily any more. Must make choices, who not??

Local chickens

I like chickens, real but also on stamps. You may noticed that... Also I like local chickens, Local stamps not for mail around the world. Nice to have friends who see the local stamps as more that use on local mail. This is a nice rooster from Singapore, we don't have such locals here!
