Blue chicken Uganda

Do have a lot of enveloppes where I need to look inside -again- here I show a nice chickenstamp from Uganda (2005) which was with a christmascard 2011. Thats the top of the stuff.

No idea what type this is. Als don't have any Michel from outside Europe where the information could be. Just a blue chicken for now. The issue was for the Chinese year of the Rooster 2005.
